Outerbelt Media Co. started in the real estate world — where we learned firsthand how impactful strong content and storytelling can be. What began as a way to support property listings quickly evolved into a full-service creative studio built around helping businesses show up with clarity, consistency, and confidence.

While real estate is at the core of our story, we work with all kinds of brands across industries. Whether you're just getting started or leveling up, we’re here to create content that’s aligned with your voice, values, and vision.

From posting and videography to scripting, editing, and ad targeting — we handle every part of the content process. That includes single posts, full-scale strategy, direct multi-platform posting, branded mailer design, and everything in between.

  • Hi, I’m Max — and I started Outerbelt Media Co. out of a genuine passion for marketing and people.

    I graduated from The Ohio State University in 2023 with a degree in Consumer and Family Financial Services. After briefly working in that field, I pivoted into real estate and found myself energized not only by sales — but by the creative side of it all: branding, content, storytelling, and strategy.

    As I began helping my real estate team with their marketing, I realized something bigger: I loved building brands. I loved creating content that actually connected. And I knew I could take it beyond just one team. That’s when Outerbelt Media Co. was born — a creative studio focused on helping businesses show up online in a way that’s clear, authentic, and built for growth.

    Today, I’m still active in real estate — and I bring that same drive, strategy, and people-first mindset into every piece of content we produce.
